About Graham MedLegal Research

The Expert Behind the Research

Michael Graham, MFA, MLS

For more than 20 years, I’ve built a career at the intersection of medicine, law, and evidence — helping attorneys, expert witnesses, and healthcare professionals navigate the complex world of medical and scientific literature. My work centers on providing comprehensive, defensible research for mass tort, medical malpractice, personal injury, wrongful death, and class action cases.

I earned advanced degrees in Library Science and Writing and have served as a consulting expert in more than 40 cases since 2018. I specialize in identifying, organizing, and retrieving high-value evidence from medical and scientific databases to support litigation and expert testimony.

An Army veteran and father, I bring a mission-driven mindset to every project — a commitment to clarity, accuracy, and accountability. My goal is simple: to deliver the kind of research that stands up in court and makes complex science understandable.

Fee Schedule

My services are billed at $150 per hour. There are no additional charges for obtaining articles, accessing other sources, or writing reports; you are only billed for the time it takes to complete these tasks. To ensure timely processing, invoices are due within 30 days of receipt.
